Comments not showing on posts

I’ve installed the theme but noticed that current comments (and adding comments) are not showing up in the posts. Just the total number.

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried with a different theme and they do work. Also, I have comments activated globaly and for each post.

Can you send me your admin url and admin account ( username and password ) in a private reply? I will take it a look help you.

This issue caused by you did checked to Customize > Single Post Options > Hide Post Comments.
I just un-check it and everything working fine now.
